Summer is here and with it come the BIG POP hits of the year, the dance scene is in full swing in Ibiza and across Europe and the DJs will all be spinning the latest hits. My standout track so far this year has to be “We No Speak Americano” by Yolanda Be Cool & DCUP – where this track came from I have no idea but it is MASSIVE, and any DJ who is anybody will be mashing this up and re-mixing it until the sun sets at the end of summer. Yolanda Be Cool & DCUP have also scored themselves a UK number one single with this release so the people of the UK must be loving it!

The best way I find to listen to the singles released in the summer is to buy the compilations released by the Ministry of Sound and also the Now That’s What I Call Music compilations. All the best singles of the year will be compiled on these releases – all hits and no filler – check them out.
